Our goal is to assist emerging or transitioning Christian organizations to reach a new level of effectiveness in pursuing their God-given mission.

Since 1995, Servant Leaders, a California 501 ( c ) 3 non-profit corporation, has provided consulting services to faith-based non-profit domestic and international organizations. We combine both executive business experience and non-profit management leadership for a wide variety of services offered to start-up, emerging or transitioning ministries and organizations.

What sets Servant Leaders apart?

We prefer to work directly with leaders within their ministry context. Too many leaders go to conferences or workshops and then can’t implement the good ideas that they hear. What they need is someone to join their team with the expertise to implement tasks and functions to move the mission forward.

We are particularly involved with ministries and leaders in urban contexts across the nation.  Leaders of these organizations may have limited experience in the responsibilities of management, administration, accounting, media and brand development, and resource development (fundraising). Many find these tasks overwhelming with the existing demands of the mission.
